Filler dissolving is a treatment used to break down hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. It can be used when filler has migrated, appears overfilled, feels lumpy, looks uneven, or no longer suits the patient’s face. This treatment is only suitable for hyaluronic acid fillers and cannot dissolve non-HA fillers.
