Terms & Conditions

Last updated: Aug 24, 2026

Welcome to Dr. Senna Clinic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all consultations, treatments and other services provided by the clinic. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or receiving treatment with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking, and get in touch with any questions before your appointment.

1. Consultations

A consultation is not required before every treatment, though we generally recommend booking one. Here's how it works:

  • When a consultation is required: a consultation is required if you are interested in HIFU or BBL laser with one of our skin therapists.

  • Same-day treatment: where a consultation takes place with Dr. Senna, treatment can often be carried out on the same day, provided this is suitable and there is time available.

  • What happens during a consultation: we will assess your suitability for treatment, discuss expected results, and explain any risks and aftercare requirements. Treatment only proceeds with your informed consent.

  • Consultation fees: these are non-refundable but redeemable against treatment within two (2) months of the consultation.

  • Medically unsuitable: if you are found medically unsuitable for treatment, your consultation fee may be refunded at the practitioner's discretion.

2. Age Restrictions

We will not provide injectable treatments, HIFU, or laser treatments to patients under the age of 21, unless the treatment is required for a genuine medical reason. Where a medical need is identified, treatment will only proceed following an appropriate consultation and at the practitioner's discretion.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked by phone, email or through our online booking system, and we will confirm each booking with you. The notice required to cancel or reschedule depends on the type of appointment:

  • Dr Senna appointments (injectable treatments): a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Skin Therapist appointments: a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Any deposit or consultation fee paid will be forfeited if you cancel, reschedule or do not attend within the relevant notice period. Where a patient repeatedly misses appointments, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to secure most appointments. If a deposit has been requested to hold your slot, you will have 24 hours to pay it before the appointment is released; if your appointment falls within 24 hours, the deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit payment window is separate from the cancellation notice periods set out above. The full treatment cost is payable on the day of treatment. Where a patient is found medically unsuitable for treatment, any deposit paid may be refunded at the practitioner's discretion. Prices may change at any time, though the price agreed at the time of booking will always be honoured for that course of treatment. We accept payment by cash, debit or credit card, and bank transfer.

5. Treatment Packages

Courses of treatment are paid for in full in advance and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; any sessions not used within this period will be forfeited. If you choose to stop a course of treatment partway through, you may not be entitled to a refund for the remaining sessions unless you are medically unsuitable to continue, in which case the value of any unused sessions will be calculated by the clinic.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used or redeemed after this date. They can be redeemed against any treatment or product offered by the clinic, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable and, once purchased, cannot be transferred to another person. We are unable to replace gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged. If the cost of your chosen treatment exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid at the time of your appointment.

7. Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to carry out your consultation or treatment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you, although this cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your Responsibilities and Liability

It is important that you give us full and accurate information about your medical history, allergies, medications and any previous procedures, as this may affect your suitability for treatment or the outcome. You must also let us know about any relevant changes to your health or medication between appointments. The clinic cannot be held responsible for complications that arise from inaccurate or incomplete information. We may decline to treat anyone who has an upcoming major event within 6 weeks of their appointment due to the rare possibility that you have extended down-time with bruising and/or swelling. It is your responsibility to alert us during or prior to the consultation with the clinician of any upcoming major events.

9. Pre-care

Ahead of your appointment, you will receive an email with the relevant pre-care instructions as soon as your appointment is booked. Please make sure you read and follow these instructions before your appointment to help ensure your treatment is safe and effective.

If you do not follow the pre-care instructions and arrive for your appointment with something that prevents your treatment from going ahead, such as fake tan before a laser treatment, your appointment may need to be cancelled and a late cancellation fee will apply. If you do not receive your pre-care email, please contact the clinic and we will be happy to assist.

10. Aftercare

You will be given aftercare instructions specific to your treatment at the end of your appointment, and it is your responsibility to follow them to support your results and reduce the risk of complications. The clinic cannot be held liable for poor outcomes or complications that result from aftercare instructions not being followed. If you are ever unsure what to do, please contact us for advice.

11. Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds for treatments carried out in good faith simply because a patient is unhappy with the result, or because of an adverse reaction. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to raise them at a follow-up appointment so that we can discuss whether any adjustment is appropriate. For pre-paid packages, requests for a refund on unused sessions will be considered individually, taking into account the reason for the request and its timing.

12. Children and Pets

Children are welcome at the clinic when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Small dogs are also welcome, but must be kept on a lead or carried, and must remain in the waiting area at all times; they are not permitted in the treatment room. We ask that all patients confirm in advance if they intend to bring a child or a dog to their appointment, so that we can ensure appropriate supervision is in place.

13. Complaints and Feedback

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service, and we try to deal with all feedback as quickly as possible. We welcome comments, suggestions or feedback about how we perform. This feedback facility gives you the opportunity to tell us about any concerns, ideas or good experiences about our services, and we will respond to all comments where we are able. The clinic staff will assist you with the complaints procedure, if required, irrespective of race, age, disability or background. In the event of a complaint, you are asked to speak or write to the Clinic Manager. If you remain unsatisfied once our internal process is complete, you may escalate your complaint to an independent body such as Save Face, or another relevant regulatory or adjudication service. A copy of our full complaints procedure is available on request.

14. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take the privacy of our patients seriously and handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is used only to provide your treatment and care, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent except where we are required to do so by law. All records are stored securely and kept confidential. You may request access to your personal information or treatment history at any time by contacting the clinic. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website or otherwise communicated to you. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the most current version.
