Dimple/ pebble chin treatment involves using muscle relaxing injections to relax the chin “mentalis muscle”. In some people this muscle can be over active when we speak leading to an orange peel appearance, and overtime the chin may appear to have a textured appearance due to the muscle activity. This is often treated with anti-wrinkle injections to reduce the muscular activity of the chin. This can also have the effect of elongating the chin slightly.
